I am on a journey to improve my own wellbeing and wanted to share the learnings and experiences along the way. As the CEO of Hyphen8 (a busy Salesforce consultancy dedicated to nonprofits), life can be stressful and overwhelming at times. I am interested in exploring the ways that busy professionals can achieve a healthier body and mind and a sense of purpose.
